Today, my mom was digging a little trail for our hens. The big snow seemed to be too much for their small, little feet. The hens were walking in the snow for a bit, then instantly ran into the coop. Beatrice and all the other hens told me to say that they will be writing some blog postings! So you can look forward to hearing from my dearly beloved hens.
I have recently noticed that the hens have an order of laying. First, after breakfast, Goldilocks heads up to the nesting box announcing her arrival to the box. Then, Happy Feet marching up slowly. Then, it's Isis who lays her egg, then Anastasia who announces that she has laid her egg. Then, last but not least it's Stardust. When Stardust finishes laying her egg she calls for us, telling us that all eggs have been laid.
